Just a reminder that HarBUG’s 2018 Annual General Meeting will be held this coming TUESDAY, 16th OCTOBER at 12:30pm, in DIAMOND HOUSE (room G59), on the RAL site. Please put the date in your diary.
The AGM will include updates about HarBUG’s year, a review of HarBUG’s accounts, and the election of a new committee. And we will have a lively discussion of cycling issues and plans for the future. Feel free to bring your lunch.
Do consider joining the HarBUG committee. ALL posts are up for election. HarBUG needs your support.
If you have any particular issues you would like to discuss, or if you are considering joining the committee, please email secretary@harbug.org.uk. Or simply come along on the day.
If you don’t have access to the RAL site, simply let us know by emailing secretary@harbug.org.uk at least a day beforehand. On the day, allow sufficient time to go first via RAL reception to collect a visitor pass. They will direct you to Diamond House.
