advice for learn and guided ride sessions

Hi everyone,

I am part of the community action group Sustainable Didcot, and we are wanting to run more local cycling activities. Grants available from cycling uk are predominantly for learning and riding events, either teaching people how to ride, or guided rides in the area.
Does anyone have any experience with setting up such events? I am wondering what sort of paperwork is needed to run events such as guided rides.
